So as I was trying to keep up to the treadmill this morning in my attempt to ‘reach that fitness level’ that I have been berating myself about, it dawned on me,
… today is yesterday’s tomorrow!
Am I doing today what will yield the tomorrow I hope for?
Although profoundly simple, now to put into practice. So, I did manage to resist the pull into the chocolate shop to reward myself for having completed the workout, now to move onto bigger milestones,
here’s to fuller tomrrows, created today 🙂
