Stress, What Is It Good For?

What good is stress in your life? Some would say absolutely nothing. Stress in fundamental. Without stress we wouldn’t even get out of bed. The key is to know when has the stress hit that threshold that it’s no longer helping us, it’s a hinderance and understanding that under stress we truly do become more of who we are. So look at those coping patterns whether it’s coffee or whether it’s procrastination or excessive exercise. We all have those coping mechanisms. Make sure you take a look at the level of stress in your life and align your level of self care so that it works for you. Become your greatest ally. Remember under stress we become more of who we are.
